在无法保持安全距离的时候,戴上口罩是最安全的方法,因此现在参观国家公园或由园区营运的建筑物时规定需要戴上口罩。美国内政部在一份声明中说,如果无法维持社交距离,访客和员工必须在室内以及户外公园佩戴口罩,包括在狭窄或繁忙的步道、眺望台和历史古蹟。 

口罩将帮助冠状病毒大流行控制疫情,公共卫生公园服务办公室主任表示:戴着口罩、保持社交疏远和洗手是帮助阻止COVID-19传播的最简单、最有效的公共卫生措施。外出享受我们的公园对于改善身心健康至关重要,但是需要所有人共同努力,以负责任的态度努力。
